Donald "Don" Robins Jr.

Donald “Don” Robins Jr., 63, of Bentonville, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on May 9th at home surrounded by family.

Don was born on June 23rd, 1962, in Bentonville, Arkansas to Sue and Donald Robins Sr. He attended school in Pea Ridge, Arkansas, and pursued careers in construction and farming, as well as owning Trackside Motors in Rogers, Arkansas. In recent years, he worked for the Benton County Road Department as a dump truck driver. Don was known for his friendly spirit and generous nature. In his free time he enjoyed gardening, watching sports, fishing, and playing music.

Don Robins is survived by his wife of 39 years, Julie Robins, of the home; child, Kelsey Robins, of Decatur, Arkansas; mother, Sue Walker, of Pineville, Missouri; sister, Donna Turner, of Pineville, Missouri; and brother, Jimmy Robins, of Pea Ridge, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his father, his stepfather, Onnie Walker, and his brother, Johnny Robins.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date, at which time family and friends are welcome to attend to honor and celebrate Don’s life.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations can be made to The Lupus Foundation of Arkansas in Don’s memory.
