Michael Ikeguchi

Michael Ikeguchi, age 73, passed away on Thursday, June 11th, 2026 at his home in Bella Vista, Arkansas. He was born on Sunday, May 3rd, 1953 in Monterey, California to Joseph and Miwako Ikeguchi (Toyoshima).

Michael grew up in Panama City, Florida and graduated from Bay High School. He went on to attend West Florida University, receiving an Associate’s Degree in Marketing. He also served his country in the United States Air Force. He lived in Panama City, Florida before moving to Northwest Arkansas in 2018. He loved the culinary arts, retired as a Sushi Chef and enjoyed traveling, sports and music.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Miwako; and one step-son, Matthew Comer.

Michael is survived by his wife of 16 years, Melodie Ikeguchi; two biological daughters, Kelly and Alexandra of California; step-daughter, Felicia McCranie and her husband, Michael McCranie; and a beloved grandson, Adrian McCranie and his wife, Isabel McCranie.

Memorial may be sent to Circle of Life or to Pulmonary Fibrosis Research in his honor.
