Sandra Lynn Taylor

Sandra Lynn Taylor, age 69, of Rogers entered the arms of Jesus on April 14, 2026 at Circle of Life, Bentonville, AR. She was born November 11, 1956 on Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico the daughter of Arthur Willard Taylor and Carrie Opal Waits Taylor.

Sandra, affectionately known as Sandy, grew up mostly in the southwest as her father was in the military. Her fondest child hood memories were in White Sands New Mexico playing “old west” with her siblings. Once her family relocated to her father’s home place in Tyro, she lovingly recalled time learning about the farm with her pepaw. Before starting her family she proudly served in the Junior Civilian Conservation Corps on Petit Jean Mountain, which became one of her most favorite places in Arkansas.

Sandy, later married and had two daughters. She then traveled all over as a military and pastors wife. She served others in the form of filling their bellies as her home was open to all those service members who had no home for the holidays. She loved spending time with her family; whether playing Uno, acting ornery with her siblings or being Mawmaw and loving on her grands. She loved her frog collection and shared them wherever she went; sharing them with others warmed her heart. She loved serving with her church and spending quality time with her church family. Gods light was shown through her laughter and smile whenever she was out and about or serving on Sunday morning at Battleground Church of Gravette, AR.

She was preceded in death by: parents.

Sandra is survived by: two daughters; Ashley Branson and Kristin Branson. Six grandchildren; Aubrey (Brock), Brandy (Rhashade), Lucy, Issac, Jack Avett and Baylor; Four great grandchildren; Cooper, Aurora, Hallie and Artis; two brothers; Claude Taylor (Debra), Patrick Taylor (Millie), three sisters; Donna Warren (Roger), Joyce Taylor, and April Taylor.

A celebration of Sandra’s life will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at 11a at Battleground Church, 11881 AR-59, Gravette 72736
