Brenda Sue Dover

Brenda Sue Dover, 76, of Pea Ridge, passed into eternity on Thursday, March 27, 2025. She was born in Bentonville, AR, on January 8, 1949, the eldest child of James W. and Helen Baker. Affectionately known as “Boose,” she was a devoted Mother, Nana, & big sister.

Brenda was a loving wife to JR Dover for over 25 years, standing by her man faithfully until his passing. A hardworking and selfless woman, she dedicated over 20 years at Concordia of Bella Vista, 10 years at Walton Enterprises, before slowing down to part time work for many more years. Brenda had a gift for making a little go a long way, ensuring that no one in her life ever went hungry or without a place to stay. Her kindness, resilience, and unwavering generosity blessed her family and a host of friends.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents; husband, JR Dover; daughter Tabitha Diane House; son Lester Dale Dover Jr.; grandchildren, Lacey Lashelle Brewer; Joshua Quinton Wynne great-granddaughter, Aspen Diane Michelle House; sisters Jeanie Lynn Smith and Connie Kay Stephens, sister in law/companion Janie White.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Denine Wynne, and her husband, Joe, of Sulphur Springs, AR; her sister, Pamela Jo Boling of Pea Ridge, AR, who lovingly cared for her in her final moments; grandsons Rocky, Dustin, Jason, Jerrod, and Jeffery; granddaughters Samantha, Brittani, Sabrina, and Annalise; and 21 great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Brenda’s Life will be held on Monday, March 31, 2025, at Noon at the Legacy Barn of Bentonville, officiated by her nephew, Pastor Ronnie Swadley Jr. She will be laid to rest beside her husband and daughter.
