Celebrating the Life of Donna Mae Nazaire

With heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Donna Mae Nazaire on May 16th, at the age of 88. She was lovingly accompanied in her final moments by her cherished granddaughter, Jenny.

Born on December 12, 1935, in Stockton, California, Donna was a treasure to her parents, Charles and Ruth Hawkins. She was preceded in death by her two brothers Lester and Billy Hawkins. Her life was marked by joy and resilience, even in the face of the heartrending loss of her twin sons, Michael Lewis, and Richard Lee Jack. Their memories continue to inspire those they left behind.

Donna's legacy of love continues, as she is survived by her beloved son, Charles Delbert Jack, her loving granddaughters, Jenny Ginger and Sarah Cowan, her cherished grandsons, Aaron, and Jason Jack, and her prized seven great-grandchildren: Rylee Ginger, Katie and Kendal Cowan, Taylor Jack, Jordan Bowers, and Neema and Sonnet Jack.

Donna spent several fulfilling years volunteering at various charitable organizations in Tulsa, Oklahoma, spreading joy and touching lives. Three years ago, she moved to Arkansas, where she was warmly embraced by the Jamestown Nursing Home community in Rogers, Arkansas.

Donna had a special knack for lighting up every room she entered and touching hearts with her radiant smile. A lover of life's simple pleasures, she reveled in playing bingo, delighting her grandchildren with her jokes, solving word puzzles, and indulging in spirited games of Chinese checkers with her dear roommate, Carey.

In her later years, Donna found peace and strength in her faith. After discovering the Lord, she embarked on a spiritual journey marked by grace, with her path guided by her steadfast faith and a heart brimming with Christ's love.

The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to the caring nurses, CNAs, and staff at Jamestown Nursing Home and Circle of Life in Springdale. Their compassionate support and gentle care provided immeasurable comfort during Donna's final days.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Circle of Life hospice house in Springdale, Arkansas. Your generous support will serve as a loving tribute to Donna's life, a life that embodied grace, love, and laughter.
