Judith Helen Wood

Judith Helen Wood, 77, of Lowell, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at her home on July 8, 2024. Born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts in 1947 to William and Hazel Graham, she was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dennison Wood, and her son Dennison Wood Jr. She is survived by her brother Bill Graham and his spouse Robin, her daughter Colleen Sluss and her spouse Franklin, her grandchildren Danielle Billy and her spouse Forrest Bulgier, and Joshua Billy and his spouse Anais. Judith also leaves behind her beloved great-grandchildren Mikea Billy, Aidan Bulgier, and Amaya Billy-Bulgier, along with many cherished nieces and nephews.

Judy, as she was affectionately known, had a long-standing presence in the Northwest Arkansas community. She dedicated many years to working at Springdale Hospital before continuing her career with Dr. Hedburg until her retirement. Judy was known for her unwavering support and willingness to help those she loved, always putting others first. Her selflessness and boundless love touched everyone around her.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Wilson Park (675 Park Ave Fayetteville, AR.) under the Gazebo off of Prospect and Wilson, at 5:00 p.m. sharp on Friday, July 19th.
