Kestutis Joseph Blavesciunas

Kestutis Joseph Blavesciunas (Joe) of Farmington, Arkansas, age 64, passed away on July 21, 2024 at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. He was born July 23, 1959 in East St. Louis, Illinois to Vytoutas and Petronela Blavesciunas (Laurinaityte).

Joe grew up in East St. Louis and Bellville, Illinois. He met Terry Belford in 1976, began dating in 1977, and they married on June 9, 1977 in Bellville. They had one child, Joseph Blavesciunas in 1980 and together they moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1983. They moved to Fayetteville until they purchased their home in Farmington in 1988, which he was in the process of remodeling when he went to the hospital.

Joe enjoyed making homemade beer, riding a motorcycle when he was younger, collecting pocket knives and coins, and loved trying new recipes he searched online and cooked.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Vyto and Pet, and four brothers; Vyto, Johnny, Paul, and Tony.

Joe is survived by his wife of 47 years; Terry Blavesciunas, his son; Joseph Blavesciunas, his grandson Terence Blavesciunas, four sisters; Stella, Jeanie, Mary, and Ruthie, his beloved dogs; Rags, Rebel, Bobo, and other friends & family.
