Lonnie Ray Hawkins

Lonnie Ray Hawkins, 77, of Centerton died Sunday, August 16, 2026 at Freeman Hospital in Springdale, Arkansas with his loving daughter by his side. He was born on June 30, 1949 in Huntsville, Arkansas the son of Clarice and Julius Hawkins.

Lonnie worked for the city of Rogers for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sons, Mickey and James; daughter, Julianne; and brother, Bill.

Lonnie is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Carolyn Hawkins, of the home; three children, Mable, Jilayne, and Jennifer; two sisters, Bonnie and Mary; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of friends and family.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, August 22nd, from 1:00pm until 2:30pm with funeral to follow with Pastor Jeff Franks officiating at Epting Funeral Home Bentonville.
