Maureen "Moe" Jeanette Kraakevik

Maureen “Moe” Jeanette Kraakevik, 83, of Bella Vista, sadly left us on February 15th, 2025, with her close family by her side. She was born on March 26, 1941, in Cheltenham, England to Albert and Emily (Brown) Newey.

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. After 45 years as a nurse, Maureen retired from Motion Pictures Hospital in Calabasas, CA in 2003. She enjoyed entertaining and spending time with her loved ones. She cherished her time traveling with her life partner, Dan, and was fortunate to have seen a lot of the U.S. and many other countries.

She is preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and her late husband, Arthur Kraakevik.

She is survived by her loving spouse of 23 years, Daniel Osburn; two sons, Timothy Murphy and Shawn (Kristine) Murphy. Grandchildren: Catherine, Erika, Kody, Heather, Anthony and Amber; and two great grandchildren.

At Maureen’s request, there will be no services. She will be dearly missed by everyone that was lucky enough to have known her and will be in our hearts forever.
