Zach had a passion for the outdoors and was happiest when he was with his family. He found the greatest joy fishing, camping, canoeing, and walking up and down the rivers of Arkansas. Gardening was a true passion that he gifted to everyone through his bountiful harvests. He was a wonderful chef and an artist with many talents. Zach was able to create anything and everything, from building structures from the ground up, woodworking, painting, and drawing. He put great care and love into everything he did. Most importantly, Zach loved his family and cherished all the time he was able to spend with his children.

A memorial service to celebrate and remember Zach's life will be held on October 28, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (2925 Old Missouri Rd, Fayetteville, AR), with a reception to follow.
