Annelaine C. Lotreck

Annelaine C. Lotreck of Rogers, age 95, passed away on Thursday, March 27th, 2025 at Promenade Health & Rehab. She was born on Thursday, October 10th, 1929 in Summit, New Jersey to Leslie and Helen Cowell and raised by Henry and Vera Limper.

Annelaine grew up in Sitchuet, Massachusetts and graduated from Sitchuet High School. She went on to receive a Masters Degree from the University of Rhode Island. She worked as a Librarian in school and public libraries, the Department of Human Services in Bentonville, Arkansas, and was also very active in the llama business she shared with her wife and partner, Pamela Wilcox. She enjoyed reading, listening to music (especially classical music), playing the piano and singing in choirs, attending theatrical productions (including the Theatre of the Ozarks), going to art museums, sewing, basket making, and travelling around the world and most of the United States of America.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie and Helen, and Henry and Vera; and three siblings, Donald, Dorothy, and Karl.

Annelaine is survived by her wife, Pam Wilcox; four children, David Lotreck of Connecticut, Eric Lotreck of Connecticut, Roberta Silver of Connecticut, and Susan Lotreck-Winkle of Tennessee; two siblings, David Lotreck and Leah Hancock; many grandchildren; and many more great-grandchildren.

There will be a Memorial Service in her honor on May 17th, 2025. Location to be disclosed at a later date.

Donations may be sent to the Rogers Animal Shelter in her name.

She will be greatly missed.
