Billy Don Phillips

Billy Don Phillips, 63, of Fayetteville passed from this life in Bentonville at the end of August. He was born February 12, 1960 in Wichita, Kansas to Billy Cleve and Patricia Lorene (Weiser) Phillips.

Billy Don moved with his family to Northwest Arkansas when he was eight years old, and he enjoyed spending his time handcrafting musical instruments, building models, and singing and playing music. Billy Don was very musically talented, and was one of those people who could pick up any instrument and learn to play it in a very short time.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Tina Marie Seabolt Phillips; his parents; and three siblings: Larry Joel Phillips, Karen Dutton, and Dale Gene Phillips.

Survivors include two sons: Shawn Michael Phillips and Brian Lee Phillips; several other children; several grandchildren; and one sister: Donna Lemus (Oscar).

The family will have a private memorial service in his honor.
