Daniel Owen Schultz
September 15, 1928 until February 22, 2025

Daniel Owen Schultz, age 96, of West Fork, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on February 22, 2025. He was born September 15, 1928 in Searcy, Arkansas, the son of Catherine Owen Schultz and Rev. Michael J. Schultz.
Danny served stateside during the Korean War with the United States Army, where he rose to the rank of Warrant Officer and earned an Honorable Discharge. He enjoyed pipe organ restoration and was a founding member of the Rochester Theatre Organ Society. His other passion was aviation – building, restoring, and even stunt-flying small planes. He had a diverse career as an engineer in industry working for corporations such as Xerox and Baush & Lomb, as well as owning small businesses. He also served for a decade on the hospital board of Desoto County Hospital, Florida. He lived in northwest Arkansas for the past 15 years after he and his wife moved from Arcadia, Florida to be closer to family.
He was preceded in death by: Oline B. Schultz, his wife of 67 years; and Richard O. Schultz, his eldest son.
Daniel is survived by two sons, Michael S. and D. Steven Schultz; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
