Gary Wayne Johnson

Gary Wayne Johnson, age 61, of Seligman, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, January 30th, 2024. He was born on Monday, April 2nd, 1962 in Rogers, Arkansas to Floyd and Florence Johnson.

Gary and Karen were together for 36 years and married for 26 of that.

Gary loved the Lord and served him faithfully. He was a blessing to everyone that came across his path. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and casino dates with his wife. He was a family man and loved every single one of his family with all of his heart and soul. He was the best father, husband, and grandfather that anyone could ask for. Gary had a very generous heart and was always giving money to his grandchildren or anyone in need. He was a blessing to everyone he came in contact with. He definitely served the Lord like he was supposed to. He served his purpose and we are very grateful for him.

He is survived by wife; Karen Johnson, his sister; Karen Griffith, 8 children; Nicolas Johnson, Kimberly Johnson, Ashley Easter, Chandra Taylor, Tasha Tweedy, Cortney Easter, Jerrid Johnson, and AJ Johnson. He has 20 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by His Father; Floyd Johnson, his Mother; Florence Bell Johnson, Step-Father; Jack Hess, his Nephew; Bobby Deshields JR and his Grandson; Tyler Batterton.

His Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 6th, 2024 at Cornerstone (Kingdom Living) in Rogers at 10:00 a.m. and a Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 a.m., followed by interment at Pratt Cemetery, Apostle Bobby Hogan officiating.
