Michael J. "Mike" Taylor

Michael J. "Mike" Taylor of Rogers, AR passed away peacefully surrounded by family on December 29, 2024. He was born April 16, 1946 to Gerald A. and Lillian A. (Haugen) Taylor.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Pamela J. (Sweem) Taylor to whom he was married for almost 50 years.

Mike joined the U.S. Marines after graduating high school in Oberon, North Dakota. Mike was honorably discharged from the Marines in 1968 when he and his wife moved to North Dakota to farm in conjunction with his father. Mike joined the Army in 1972 to support his growing family. He retired with 20+ years of active duty service and then moved to Rogers, Arkansas, where he worked for a home service supply company in customer relations.

Mike is survived by his son Andrew Taylor, his wife Kaycie and their children, Colesie and Carden; and also his other son Robert Taylor, his wife Sara and their daughter Lily.

Memorial service for Mike will begin at 10:30am on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at Epting Funeral Home in Bentonville.
