Raphael Ah Yee

Raphael Ah Yee, 84, of Pea Ridge died Thursday, August 8, 2024 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas. He was born on July 24, 1940 in Pahala, Hawaii the son of Ellen and Samuel Ah Yee.

Raphael served in the United States Army National Guard. He served as deacon at Bethany Assembly of God, in Aiea, HI for 40 some years. He was very musical and played many instruments and led the congregation in praise and worship. By trade, he was a mechanic working on cars to earthmoving equipment and power generators. He retired from Hawthorne Machinery the year of 2005.

He was preceded in death by six brothers and two sisters.

Raphael is survived by his wife, Virginia Ah Yee, two daughters, Sharon Ellis (James) and Colleen McClain (Jonathan). Five grandchildren, Joshua Ellis, Jessica Wulfekuhle, Judy Schultz, Samantha McClain, and Stephanie McClain. One brother, Sylvester Ah Yee residing in Hilo, HI. He was very devoted to his family.

Services will be held in Mililani, Hawaii at a later date.
