In Loving Memory of Bobby D. Fulmer
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Bobby D. Fulmer, who departed this life on November 17th, 2023. He was 88 years old.
Bobby was born in Lonoke Arkansas on December 13th, 1934. He was the son of Granville Sr. and Pamelia Fulmer. Although he grew up in Lonoke, Arkansas, he raised his family in Sunnyvale and eventually Mountain View California for many years and then came to reside in Centerton, Arkansas in his latter years.
A devoted family man, Bobby leaves behind his two sons and their wives, BJ Fulmer (Kandi Fulmer) and David Fulmer (Valerie Fulmer), three grandsons and one great-grandchild, Jonny (wife Pavin and great-grandson Jayden), Dakota (Chelsea), and Shayne Fulmer, as well as his two Sisters Donna Fulmer and Gloria Lopez also survive him. His Wife Shirley and grandson Dustin Fulmer have gone on before him.
In his professional life, Bobby worked for many years at Hewlett-Packard, a company that produced and sold various hardware, software, and services for consumers and businesses as a Manufacturing and Sheet Metal Engineer. He was very proud of that.
In the church fellowships he attended and was a member of, he served as
youth leader and later deacon and often led worship. In his younger years he sang base in a quartet.
Now the important stuff about our father . . . Dad has always been a loving and kind father who would give the shirt off his back to his family. He was always there to listen, guide, and provide a helping hand. He has taught us much over the years and has left big shoes to fill.
The fact of the matter is, that He is not really gone or “lost”, he has simply relocated to His Heavenly Home to be with his Lord and Savior, his dear wife Shirley and those loved ones that have gone on before him. It is comforting to know that one day we will be with him once again with tears of joy, laughter, and a welcomed embrace.
